Do clients need an account to receive files?
No. Clients can download secure file copies or eSign documents without creating an account.
Can I send files to multiple people?
Yes. You can use custom workflows for multi-signer eSignatures with automatic routing.
How long are files kept?
Files are kept in your client database as long as your account is active. You control deletion.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — start with 10 free sends. No credit card required.
What happens after the free sends?
You can upgrade to the Professional plan ($40/month) for unlimited sends and full features.
Is YourFileCopy Canadian?

What is an accounting entity?
An accounting entity is one complete set of books — a single business, corporation, or person you keep accounts for. Every plan includes a set number (2 on Basic and Starter, 5 on Premium), and any paid plan can add more in blocks; Enterprise entities are an add-on.
What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your paid features simply pause — add a card to continue, or keep using the free-forever accounting, invoicing and time-tracking tools. We’ll remind you before the trial ends.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
You’ll see a prompt to upgrade and the affected feature pauses until you do — there are never surprise per-unit overage charges. Your existing data stays put; you simply move up a plan to add more.
